Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before they are shipped. During holidays or periods of high demand, processing times may be longer.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed.

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • Canada: 5–10 business days
  • International: 7–20 business days (varies by destination)

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on the destination, shipping method selected, and items ordered.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number (when available).

International Orders

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, VAT, or import fees charged by their country's customs authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address before completing your purchase.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
